Note: Anyone who can't get at least three matches isn't eligible for a

More posts that PRKR wants removed (2009.04.04)
Jeff Parker has repeatedly attacked my credibility both in public and private. He has, in public, called me a liar. He has gone to great effort to "prove" me wrong on some topic (recently ITT), so that he can claim that all of my statements are not believable.
Recent post on the PRKR Yahoo board which PRKR and affiliates have attempted to suppress
Posted on 2009.03.31:
Yes, I am accusing Jeff Parker of securities fraud, not just on this recent announcement but on *many* of his announcements over the last 10 years.
Jeff Parker's recent material false statements
Claim: Jeff claims $0.50-$1.00 per phone royalty from Via-Telecom
The actual Via royalty number if well under $0.10 - if Via actually uses PRKR technology - Via has no commitment to do anything other than to evaluate the PRKR D2P chips when they are delivered.

Via Telecom and ParkerVision
Via Telecom is not Via Technology. Via Telecom is a fairly small company based in San Diego, which sell baseband chips for low-cost CMDA handsets. Via Technology is a large Taiwanese-based company which sells PC motherboards and chipsets. Via Technology owns an interest in Via Telecom, but Via Telecom is an independent company, with it own profit and loss, and independent control.
